Enrollment not working
I create a new user is not insert into database
Please help me to solve this?

Hello. Could you explain a bit more please?
When you create a new user, that is called Authentication
Once you have created a new user you can then add them to courses.
When you add a user to a course that is called Enrolment
Which is not working?

1. Admin create a new user in manually but backend database (mdl_enrol ) does not insert a new user enrolid.
2. Users create a account users details are inserted but (mdl_enrol) manual or self does not inserted .
My Issues is does not insert enrolment is manual or self in mdl_enrol table.

Hello. I'm sorry but as I don't know anything about the backend I can't help you - all I know is that creating accounts is separate from enrolling them manually or allowing them to self-enrol. However, I have changed the subject title of your post to make it more obvious for others who might know more.
