I'm having a similar issue. I've set up a help desk questionnaire. Learners are asked about their login credentials for various internal systems. I've set up the questionnaire to conditionally display an essay box if the learner indicates that they are having login issues.
That conditional essay box is an html box that seems to allow an image to be uploaded.
When users click on the image ( 
) button, they see the initial pop-up with option to "find or upload an image..."
Nothing happens when users click on this link.
I haven't seen the earlier posts. It sounds like this is a known issue. Do we have a fix yet, or is there a setting or privilege I'm missing in the quiz setup? Thank you.
