why dosent Atto add "img-responsive" tag when i use drag and drop

hi ;

i m using moodle 2.9 

i can see    class="img-responsive"   when i upload image it using the image button of atto toolbar


BUT i can't see class="img-responsive" tag when i upload image  it using drag and drop .

i want to use drag and drop property for atto  but also i want to  atto  add   class="img-responsive" tag in my image's html .How can i solve this issue?. which should change the code
