May be this has been already answered by someone. But, sorry, I could not find it.
One of the participants is having issue with forum. The problem is she never sees any posting in the forum as unread. So, she thought there was no postings. What has been happening is at 5:00pm (when the digest gets sent), the forums are automatically marked read. But, the digest does not have the forums that she did not read.
We tested by placing a posting. At first, it said the posting is unread. After 5:00pm, she got the digest, but the unread item was not in the digest and the posting was marked read.
Is there a bug regarding this or am I not doing something properly. I do have the forum tracking block and I am running latest 2.9+ version.
