Apologies if this is the incorrect place to post.
I have downloaded the Moodle Mobile App (v2.2) and I'm able to log on with no issues (site administrator).
However, if any other Moodle user (teachers, managers, students) try to log in they get the error 'Invalid response value detected'
I followed the Moodle doc for enabling Web Services and performed the following:
- Site administration > plugins > Web services > Mobile > Enable
- Site administration > Advanced Features > Enable Web Service
I'm new to Moodle, so apologies if this is a simple user error, but would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction, as I would like to start utilising the Moodle Mobile App.
