I remember using flash cards with prior versions of moodle, however it looks like it is no longer supported with 2.9. Can any one suggest how to implement flash cards activity using any other module compatible with 2.9? I have about 200 flash cards I'd like to utilize.
Appreciate any help.
I use quizlet.com to embed flashcards for my students. It's not self-contained within moodle but works well for my students.

Thank you for the information, I was afraid someone will guide me to quizlet's website. I am trying to keep all resources in one platform, perhaps I may have to engage with other LMS platform.
