Using, 2.6.3, I'm trying to assign system roles for new faculty members and have noticed that when I search for them in Site Admin > Users > Permissions > Assign System Roles > Course Creator > Search Users, I can't find any of them, even though they have registered accounts. I thought it may have been because they are new, so then I did some other searches. I even searched for myself haha and I keep getting the 'No users match that description' message.
As of last semester there was no issue. But as the new semester is about to begin, this is a slight problem. Any ideas on why the search is showing blanks? Before I've entered a name it says there are 1,200 potential users. But then when I enter a specific name - nothing. Even my own, and I'm the Site Admin!! I'm using 2.6.3
