Adobe Connect plugin for Moodle 2.7 HTTP Authentication Header

Hello,

I'm working with a client on Moodle 2.7.3+.  I installed the Adobe Connect version for Moodle 2.7 and they are having some challenges getting it to work and it might be related to the settings.

The problem seems to be with the  HTTP Authentication header. It appears that their Adobe rep has suggested they leave this field blank, but the test connection fails and when trying to add it as an activity, the whole site just hangs forever.

This is what they sent to me:

HTTP Authentication Header - This value can be found in your
custom.ini file for your Adobe Connect Pro server. In the
custom.ini file look for the line that begins with
HTTP_AUTH_HEADER, enter in the value after the equal sign.
Example if your custom.ini file has the line
HTTP_AUTH_HEADER=rl-user-id, then only use rl-user-id in the
module global setting. leave it blank

Does anyone out there have any advice?

Thanks!

Erin

First of all, are you using a private installation of Adobe Connect (on premise) or the cloud one ?

I worked this out for the hosted version of Adobe connect I used this string

x-user-id:

notice it has an extra : at the end of the default that is used.
