Just completed an update of the Atto Chemistry Editor and Computer Science plugins. Essentially, these just merge with the latest (Moodle 2.9) Atto Equation Editor JavaScript code. Should work with recent (2.7+) versions of Moodle.

A further minor usability and accessibility update, adding title and aria-label attributes to the editor tabs (see parent for downloads)

Now tested on Moodle 3.0. In my hands, work with MathJax and/or TeX filters.
