I am currently working on a course which is required to be taken by our contractors as an annual requirement. This training course is the only one on our Moodle, which is used by external students and i was wondering whether I could set the following functionally to keep them separate to our departmental learners.
- Set up the course for self enrolment (using enrolment key)
- Have the students added to a COHORT automatically once they are enrolled
- Have the students split into separate groups for the year they participate.
i.e. John Smith signs in and all at once becomes part of - Tour Operator Education Program 2016 (Course) + Commercial Tour Operators (COHORT) + CTO2016 (Group).
I would appreciate absolutely any assistance with this.
