We are able to sync from Moodle to O-365 Calendar, but we can't sync from O-365 Calendar to Moodle. We have tried all permutations, including the obvious, "Sync Behavior: Update both Outlook and Moodle". We are on Moodle 2.9. Can anyone provide any insight as to why we can't sync in this direction? Thanks in advance for your help!
