I migrated from Moodle 1.9 to 2.9.
In the evaluation of student assignments I could send a file as an evaluation of feedback (in Moodle 1.9)
But in Moodle 2.9 I am unable to find this as easily.
It is possible to configure the task of assessing a file to send feedback to the student in Moodle 2.9?

In the assignment settings page in the feedback types check the box next to feedback file. This will allow you to upload files for individual students into the assignment grading that the student can then download and look at. You can even upload multiple files at once. You can find information here on how to do that.

Moodle is a powerful learning management system so that instructors can create a course with their documents, activities for there students, and assignments can be submitted and graded and much more. Here is a link to a page that explains some of the features. If you have your own server, Moodle is free to use.
