Add an activity or resource becomes inactive in MOODLE 2.9.1

In MOODLE 2.9.1, after adding  one activity or resource like page/file the 'Add an activity or resource' link becomes inactive on front page. further no resources can then be added to it. Any body..

Hello. If this affects just the front page then you possibly  are suffering from this bug: MDL-50446

There is a workaround in there and/or if you can upgrade next week it should be fixed.

Ya! it is affecting only the front page but work in the course....

The same bug exist in the logout button on the front page which is on top, but the bottom logout button works
