Here in Japan, we use the Moodle Association of Japan Hub to distribute courses. It is a simple one click download of a course either onto your desktop or directly into your site.
You also have the global Moodle.net Hub to upload and download your courses. However, if you are not distributing as open courseware and want to control the distribution, I suggest one simple way:
- make a backup file of the course and send it to the other schools directly
Then to keep track of the students, simply require that you be made an admin of the other school sites, so you can view and track the usage.
