Layout problems in text editor

Layout problems in text editor

Most of my resources are simple Page Resources.  I am using the grid format for the course.  I have attached an image of a typical topic in a course.  I want to include a line space between the paragraphs and a line space between the introduction and the list of resources.

My knowledge of html is limited.  But I have tried using divs, br, p tags to no avail.  I have run the html code for the introduction in HTML Kit and it displays perfectly.

I am sorry to pose such a rudimentary problem, but after 2 hours I have run out of ideas about how to change it.

Dave,

After you paste the HTML code try this,

Save And Display - then re-edit again.

This time do not go into HTML mode and use Moodle's WYSIWYG Editor to format as you like.

Then Save and display.

Just a quick suggestion that came to mind as I read your post.

Hope this helps

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the delay in not responding.  Your suggestion did not work.  It seems there is an issue with html coding in general.  Even using the Html editor is having problems.  Using the indent key or number/bullet list is not working.  For the record I use TinyMCE with WordPress in the same browser and have no problems.

Some html coding works.
