"Courses" block displaying in Admin page only, but not in users page

I'm using Moodle 2.9 version.

I have added "Courses" block from Add Block selection.

This block appearing in Admin side only, but not displaying in users page.

And the settings it shows with Moodle 2.9 



How can we display this block in users page?

I guess, you have just come to the dashboard, turned editing on and added your block. That' why in "original block location" it's written "user: user admin". This way works only for the current user - for you.

You have to go to Site Administratoin-->Appearance-->Default Dashboard, turn editing on there and add your block there. Then it will work for all users.
