Themes

I've been messing around with Jamie Pratt's Flash module, and one of the things I noticed was the bright green background color in the .generalboxcontent of the activity setup pages was being assigned by Moodle.  This can be overidden by adding .generalbox .generalboxcontent to the theme *color.css files.

My question is, should this be added to the native Moodle Themes or should it be left alone for individual users to add themselves as they see fit?

I guess it comes down to whether the current setup is intentional or a small oversight.  I would argue for adding it, but leaving it alone is OK too...I added a topic about it in the Flash Module forum so anyone concerned can change it themselves.
