I have added Custom Menu Item some how like this

I see all of them on top of my page but when the user clicks Contact Us. I want to take the user to contact us page , how do i add custom links?.Forexample if i add google.com it will take me there but i want to redirect the user to contactUs.php or sth like that.
I am new to moodle and tried to see in the forums but can't find anything.
