Trying to create a Force Front Page sign in. I want to create a FrontPage where nothing is visible and that my users have to sign in to see the full page. Who can help me. Moodle 2.9

You can do this in site administration -> security -> site policies. You have to check the 2nd box (Force users to log in). With this, you are directing people directly to yourmoodle.com/login/index.php.
