Any guidance on coding LTI provider for moodle and pass grades?
By now this is the most straight forward guide I found:

But only does basic launch actions and I need more info on how to get and set grade scores.

I maintain an open source class library which allows the LTI-related code to be abstracted away from an application. The current version supports up to LTI 1.1 (i.e. includes the Basic Outcomes Service). I am working on a new version to support LTI 2.
