Using Moodle 2.8. We've had a request to allow managers to see their direct reports' logs.
I thought I could do this using groups and creating a new role that could view course logs.
It seems to work but on the Reports -> Logs page, the drop-down for All participants shows everyone in the course. Not just the students in the group I created. When I click get logs it only shows the students in the group. But you can change the participants drop-down and see students not in the group.
Is there a permission that I need to prohibit so the participants drop-down will only show the group members?
