Since last night I have some strange characters right under the logo of the site and moodle icons are not shown anymore. Please see the red lines in the picture attached.
If I go with "inspect element" in Firefox all I see some links to yui.yahooapis.com .
Also, the text started to not be wrapped anymore, no more icons.
This moodle instance never had access to internet for security reasons.
The only thing that was done yesterday is creating 2 manual accounts.
We are using Aadvark theme.
Purged the cache, restarted the server. No matter what I choose under the Admin options is not working. But I was able to go with purging by using the link from history inside the browser.
