I have not mapped any courses. I set the form up on the site front page and it states the form is available to all courses. When I look at student roles, it says the student has the ability to complete the feedback form - this is under activities. I guess I may be confused as to how to get the form on the course page. Do I add the feedback block or is there another way to add this "activity" on the course? The goal is to be able to have students submit two forms from every course; a mid-term evaluation and an end-of-course evaluation. I do not want to have to create the form each time for every course.
When I look at student roles under site administration, it says students have the ability to complete feedback forms; however, when I look at roles assigned to the individual student, it says this is not allowed.
