Is it possible to convert currency within the content of an activity or resource based upon the language selected?
Additionally, is it possible to pull real time currency conversion?
For example, if the content says. "$100" but they've chosen a European language like French, it will switch to " €91.42".

It might be that you are in a special situation, but in general I think it's a dangerous route to follow.
Someone who speaks English, do they pay in Pounds, US Dollars, Australian dollars or Cannedian dollars? Or is it someone who doesn't speak any of the installed languages, but lives in the eurozone and speaks English?
There is no connection between the currency and the language. We had a similar discussion about using flags for languages too .
But again, may be you have a special case in mind.
Good point Koen. As a swiss citizen, with one currency, one flag, but four (!) official languages, I should have better known .
