We are using external enrollment to an external database on Moodle 2.7.7. The enrollment plugin is set to "Disable course enrollment and remove roles".
The database went down, and the sync basically did the External Unenrol action. When the db system came back, it re-enrolled the users. My understanding is that all of the data would be made available to the gradebook, but when I look at the attempts on a quiz, a lot of the users do not show when the report is set to "enrolled users who have attempted the quiz". When I re-run the report with "all users who have attempted the quiz", then I can see the marks.
The students are not seeing their grades, and instructors can't see any attempted quizzes.
Seems like the Gradebook doesn't see the re-enrolled users as the same user as it did before. Is there anyway of getting the gradebook fixed?
