it is up to the plugin maintainer to update the database listing after verifying that they are working. Sometimes this does not happen unless there is a problem. I would assume that it morefontcolour is working as there were not major changes to the editor that would have broken it. If you find a problem using it, post a message in the plugin database for the maintainer. Nicolas has a lot of plugins and seems to update as needed.
