I'm using in production Moodle 2.7 and Adobe Connect 9.3 fully patched and the SSO is working fine, the users logged into moodle can access the Connect rooms without entering their credentials (note that Adobe Connect usually does not share any user password with moodle).
We are using the free plugin available from Moodle.org repository.
Double check that all the changes into the xml config files in Connect are correctly done, restart adobe connect, and should work.
Please note that patching Adobe connect could restore some configs to the original value, so you need to change them again: there are some posts into this forum that i did some months ago on this matter.
