Hi All,
My moodle 2.4 installation was working quite well till yesterday. Since yesterday it has started throwing following errors
Warning: require_once(/home/questorg/public_html/moodle24/config.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/questorg/public_html/moodle24/index.php on line 31
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/questorg/public_html/moodle24/index.php on line 31
What could be the problem?
