Hi,
We are using Moodle 2.7.3 and certificate plugin v2015012000
In the report that shows the list of certificates issued, the certificate PDF is not showing for some of the students who have downloaded theirs. The report shows the time stamp and grade but not the certificate PDF.
How to resolve this issue?
