check Activity Progress report at IntelliBoard.net.
IntelliBoard.net is a reporting tool for Moodle and you have to install plugin before using it. Plugin is available in the plugin directory at moodle.org. IntelliBoard.net is a subscription service with 15 day free trial. Free plan is also available with access to 10 different reports.
Activity Progress report lists activities within all of your courses or selected courses. It shows individual results for learners. If you are using completions for your activity, report will pick it up.
