As we know that Moodle only tracking the final answer of quiz. I am trying to get all of the selected answer from quiz even those answer aren't the final answer and revised later by user before submitting. For textual answer, I need to track the sequence of keys including the delete key so it will show how often user are revising their answer in quiz.
I am using Moodle 2.8.
