I apologize if this is a cross post, but couldnt find material related to our need.
We're a team of developers trying to create a custom interface to Moodle. We are struggling to find web services that expose Questions and Quizzes, and wanted to check if there's any work done on exposing the Moodle Question Engine (and question bank) as a web service.
We did read about OPAQUE, and were not sure if that would be appropriate (what's the URL for the Moodle Question Engine?).
Any advice/guidance would be greatly appreciated.
