I have recently upgraded from moodle 2.7 to 2.9+ and am having a problem with the 'Certificate' module. This is an add on to moodle
I navigate to home > courses > course > overall assessment > certificate then attempt to get the certificate as shown below
I am given the following errors in the popup
Exception - TCPDF ERROR: Some data has already been output, can't send PDF file

This seems to suggest some issue with TCPPDF (this converts the certificate to a PDF file) however this was working previously and is working on our sandbox system running 2.9.0 using the bitnami stack.
Is there some issue with the certificates module on version 2.9.0+ ?
Does anyone have mod_certificate working on 2.9.0+ ? I am running version 2014041801 of the module
