Are you saying that you cannot get the SCORM activity to be marked as having been "viewed" - and so it is never marked as complete such that if you created another activity - e.g. a quiz - that was dependent upon the SCORM being marked as completed - i.e. viewed - that second activity would never become available to the learner?
In reviewing the text about enabling the "view" criteria that you cite in a previous post - I think that refers to the fact that there is no real point in turning on "view" as a completion criteria if you already have another completion criteria set up for the same activity.
So, for instance, if you have a quiz that requires a certain score to be considered complete, you shouldn't also require that that quiz needs to be viewed in order to be considered complete. Obviously, if you achieve a certain score on the quiz, you would have to view it.
