Hello,

Since we migrated a couple months ago to Moodle 2.8.6, we regularly have

students who say they were able to access quizzes built with Quizmaker 09

but can't seem to be able to go back to them the next day,

I have been playing with the settings but can't seem to identify what fixes

the issue.

Would anyone be able to assist me?

Some of the comments from students:

"I was in the middle of  a quiz and was automatically knocked out of it.

None of the quizzes will now load on my PC."

"I cannot open the Jura Review Quiz  although there was no problem before"

"I tried review quiz 1,2,3,5 and none of them came up as they have done before"

 

Articulate support staff looked at the quiz files and settings in Moodle, can re-create the issue with the accounts of those users, but say: "

I am able to view Languedoc-Roussillon Review Quiz Bis but not Provence Review Quiz using Felix's account. While, I am able to view Provence Review Quiz but not able to view Languedoc-Roussillon Review Quiz Bis using Michal's account. I have used both Google Chrome and Firefox to view the course and seeing the same behavior.

With this, I am not seeing any issues with Quizmaker content since not all of the users were affected. I would recommend to raise this concern to your LMS provider (Moodle) and let them know the results of our testing. They might need to check the user accounts of the affected learners of what might causing them not to view the quizzes."
