I'm receiving a lot of messages about the future of VMoodle, which denoes the interest of many moodle holders around the multi-tenant techniques using VMoodle.
VMoodle is still progressing project, and although some latenss in following the moodle version tracks is at the moment on rework for 2.8 and 2.9 in order to make significant structural changes :
- shift VMoodle core feature from block to local to improve core integrability (subplugins, mnet functions)
- reducing VMoodle block to a very much simpler accessory.
- making all deprecation checks as needed for both versions.
We planned also adding a "physical file transfer and network disribution, f.e. for those settings that use uploaded files. I'm not sure on that point his will be addressed in a short delay, though...
