Installing and upgrading help

I managed to get through the problem by re-uploading the entire lib folder and then went through a long series of 'success' messages but am now stuck at the following message:

quiz module needs upgrading

I thought maybe I might have had the same problem so I deleted the quiz mod and reloaded it but I still have the same message. Made a lot of progress thanks to your comment.....I just have a little further to go it looks like
