Online shopping experience like Amazon and other online retailers

Hello fellow Moodlers,

I posted something yesterday regarding PayPal but I do not believe I got my point across very well. I am essentially looking for a plugin that will give the user a 'shopping cart' experience like that of websites such as Amazon, Walmart.com and other online retailers. I would like for the user to have the option to select multiple courses at one time and add them to the cart before checking out and making a payment. This option should also be available on the homepage as well as under the course descriptions/selections. I know of a paid solution called Course Merchant (http://www.coursemerchant.com/index.php) which is supposed to compatible with Moodle and other LMSs but I would prefer a Moodle plugin.

Hi John,

I haven't seen anything like that either except from CourseMerchant.

What is on my To Do list at the moment is to evaluate a WordPress / WooCommerce / Moodle integration using a $55 plugin from WisdmLabs called "WooCommerce Moodle Integration":

Haven't tried it yet but it sounds promising and WooCommerce will provide much more flexibility than any plugin for Moodle currently can.

Best of all, this is way less expensive than many of the other solutions I've evaluated to date. Hope it works!
