I recognise that the amount of storage space depends on a number of variables, such as number of students, volume of material expected to be used and the like, but . . .
. . . are there any general guidelines about how much disk space would be needed to start a system to work with a group of a dozen or so students?
I am a student of a university that is using Moodle and I'm impressed with what I find, so far as a student. I would like to introduce Moodle as the teacher into some instructional work I'm doing with a youth group and am considering operating Moodle from my home computer (Pentium IV with a 40 Gig drive, Windows XP, home). Am I dreaming in technicolour, or is it a reasonable thought?
Thanks for any insight or experience you might have.
