https://docs.moodle.org/28/en/Using_Course_completion#Manual_marking_by_teacher_examples shows that a teacher can manually mark a course as complete by clicking the "Approval" checkbox. This is great! But is is possible to see WHICH teacher approved the course completion for each student?
Where in the Moodle database does Moodle store the mdl_user.id of the teacher who approved the course completion for a specific student?
