Hi Nusorn,
So far as I know, uploading of files in a Lesson essay question is not supported in Moodle 2.6, or any other version for that matter. When you click on the toolbutton to insert an image your only option is to insert a URL to a picture that is already located somewhere on the Internet, then it will show up when the teacher grades the essay question.
