My students found a bug in the Lesson module. When you get to the last part of the lesson where it shows your grade, if you use the back arrow to go to the last question and answer it correctly, your score changes to 100%. Any suggestions? Thanks

Not totally sure what you can do to fix your specific problem, but as a work around, you may want to separate the questions from the lesson and place them in a quiz. This would essentially eliminate that problem, but you also wouldn't be able to have questions in your lessons.
