Suri, You have two options left, as third option being making changes to the code yourself isnt valid, else you wouldn't have asked this question.
1: Use alternative theme like the ones that comes built into moodle (Clean, More etc), or download free quality themes available as plug-ins (Essential, Elegance, FlexiBase, UIKit, BCU, Evolve-D etc).
2: Actually PAY for the Genesis theme to get support.
