Course enrolment : Limit to a specific user.

I am new to moodle.Suppose I want a Teacher to be add a course. This can be done by assigning Course Creator Role Or Creating new Role. And a teacher creates a course.  Is it possible that only the teacher who created the course, can enrol students into the course ? Please advice

Ok, I checked.A course creator can create a course and then enrol existing users into the course.
