I've updated Shoehorn for Moodle 2.9 at 'release candidate' level: moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=8624. Production servers are not recommended at this point.
It incorporates:
1. Fix padding of lists in popup dialogues. 2. Conversion to some colour UI settings - work in progress
The key improvement being the ability to change certain colours on the 'Look and feel settings page'. So for the first time with this theme you can customise that element. With the push towards Bootstrap V3, Shoehorn is becoming my 'flagship' theme that demonstrates my abilities and skills in Moodle theme design and development.
A 'wacky' example is attached. I realise that the logo and header need work.
