Survey

Hi Janell,
We recently completed a survey within Moodle using the Questionnaire Module.  It is not a part of the default Moodle installation so you must download it and then add it to your Mod directory which means you need access to the back-end of your Moodle.

You get the questionnaire module from here:
http://download.moodle.org/modules/  (this is a listing of all the activity modules some are part of moodle now and some are still in development - the questionnaire module is in the latter grouping)
