We have a simple personality questionnaire created following the steps detailed in the Moodle documentation.
We went through the process of upgrading our Moodle installation to v2.9 and all seemed to be OK.
However, when we view the feedback report the instructions for completing the questionnaire are displayed at the top of the report - as if the questionnaire had not be completed.
Then the feedback report followed by the questions.
The instructions which are entered in the Advanced Settings | Additional Information field did not appear with the Feedback when we using Moodle 2.8.* - at least not to the best of my recollection.
Anyone have any experience with this in 2.9??
