I have 2 questions - 

1. When I add a file from google drive - is the file is copied to my moddle installation or is it just a link to the file in the google drive  ?

2. After a while When I've tried to use google drive I got this error:

The OAuth 2.0 access token has expired, and a refresh token is not available. Refresh tokens are not returned for responses that were auto-approved

What does it means and how can I fix it ?

As fas I can see the file is copied over to the Moodle drive. If you look at the url of the file it is a local url. This is a pity because if you use google drive as a repository for frequently used files they get duplicated all over the place.
