I have updated the new plug in and there is a number of plugins requiring attention 2015051100 - I have downloaded this but there is no way of installing the plugin as it will not let me progress - HELP

what is exactly the problem you have? You try to upgrade the plugin via the web interface but the page is freeze or something like that?

every time I install a plugin I am then frozen without the option of going any further, I have had to uninstall from the server Moodle Mobile additional features at least 3 times and need to do this again, I just get stuck on Number of Plugins requiring your attention and is looking for Moodle 2015051100

It seems to be a problem with the Moodle plugin installer, you should download the plugin manually from https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=local_mobile (download the version ready for your Moodle version) and install it unzipping the folder in the local/ directory
