Course format for video class

Course format for video class

Hi everyone!

We want to create videos that will be the course. In other words, one video per course. I don't want to grade it and I want the student to pay per course. To better explain this would be to compare it to what Craftsy.com does. You pay for a class and can watch it multiple times, but you're not graded. It's just personal knowledge. I'm stuck in choosing which type or course format I should use and what type of activity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ruth

Easiest course format would be onetopic format.  Select to show only the zero topic. This will give you a place to put the video.  If you are going to be creating a lot of courses, you might want to look into creating them with an upload. See information here. There are several ways you could add the videos: files, a file upload/link in a page or label.  You can use reports if you want to see how often a user comes into the course.

You can use paypal to charge the users for your courses.  Information here.

Hope that helps.
